I was flipping through an old journal, trying to find a particular passage. I did not find said passage, but, I did find this rather whimsical note (from Nov. 2004):

A lady at work was telling me about this yogurt-like stuff called kefir.
“It’s supposed to be good for you,”said she.
I said “like Sutherland? I’ve always thought he’d be good for me.”
All I got was a blank look.
